Thanks so much for supporting this initiative to return our community back to the Pulliam Community Building.
Your donations are appreciated and will go directly to the renovation project. Because there are no paid staff and administrative costs are paid by a grant, all of your donations go to work.
We recently had an email issue that prevented us from knowing who contributed. If that happened to you, please contact us. If you don't receive any acknowledgement, please let us know!
Tax Deductible Contributions
The Pulliam Community Building Foundation is the 501(c)3 non-profit organization spearheading the renovation effort. It's sole purpose is to revive the Pulliam Community Building.
Check with your tax advisor but donations qualify as a charitable donation, receive tax credits, and will be matched.
Enterprise Zone Tax Credits
Because this project is in the Larimer County Enterprise Zone, you may qualify for significant tax credits. If you do, a tax credit is a direct reduction of state tax. Review the official website to see if it applies to you. Click Here
Contact us if you need more information or would like to be involved in the "center" of our community.
Feel free to email or call with questions and comments. We are interested in hearing from you.
If you have a story to tell about your history with the Pulliam Building, please email that story and a photo so that we can build a library of experiences!
